About Spot Maintenance

Not only is Spot Maintenance fully licensed and security cleared as required, but all our personnel also receives training that encompasses a variety of services. Furthermore, all members of our staff are required to wear a standard uniform identifying them as members of the Spot Maintenance team, adding greater protection and peace-of-mind for you. Our cleaning staff is also bonded and protected by both liability insurance and Worker’s Compensation.
